What You Will Do:
Reporting to the director, Enterprise CORE, this leader will be responsible for driving the Pratt & Whitney CORE Operating system across assigned areas of the enterprise. Partnering with leadership of assigned domains, this leader will coach, lead, train and be accountable for CORE progression and achievement of desired business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop domain level strategy to mature the CORE operating systems with alignment from all of levels of leadership in an assigned area.
- Lead the necessary events/activities to deliver value to customers while supporting the creation of self-sufficiency. Examples are but not limited to Goal Alignment, Root Cause Corrective Action, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing / Cell Design, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction.
- Partner with RTX sub council teams on CORE strategy and execution.
- Execute the implementation and maturation of the standard production system (SPS) across assigned manufacturing domains.
- Own and achieve desired results of CORE office process maturation.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 18 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years’ experience with effective change management and transformational deployments.
- Experience with collaboration and influencing others in a matrix environment.
- Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and plan.
- CORE expert certified or equivalent
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

- MBA preferred
- CORE Principal Nominated or Certified

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
