Provides courteous and prompt front line support for end users on a variety of applications
§ Supports the functionality of all IT-based hardware, including computers, printers and digital signage
§ Assists with monitoring and maintaining the company’s network systems and servers
§ Identifies, documents, and implements solutions to problems
§ Performs network back-ups, resolve related issues and measure performance
§ Assists with server implementation, upgrades, and configuration
§ Maintains hardware and software inventory
§ Acts as back-up to Systems Administrator when unavailable
§ Supports ERP system
§ Assists in the development of network design and procedures
§ Sets advanced user and device network permissions based on best practice policies
§ Implements and monitors system and network security
§ Restores systems from backups including PCs and network servers
§ Performs other duties as assigned
