ABOUT THE JOBTo succeed in your new role, you must take great personal responsibility and great self-drive. We work at a high pace, so you should be stress-resistant and creative to find alternative solutions. You will be part of a committed and very knowledgeable team, therefore cooperation is important, as well as that you are independent and are fearless in communication and contact with customers and partners.
You will have daily contact with our customer both over the phone and over email. Our focus is always the customer and we are constantly working to improve our quality and follow up on all cases. We follow laws and regulations within the travel industry, such as our Terms & Conditions, EC261/204 and the Montreal Convention.
