Summary:
Operate automated/CNC machines using existing programs
Verify program accuracy and ensure proper machine setup per drawings and specifications
Remove, replace, and adjust cutting tools and offsets as required
Inspect tooling condition and replace worn tools as needed
Make minor program adjustments to ensure proper fit and conformity
Inspect raw material and finished parts to ensure compliance with blueprints, models, and engineering documents
Identify appropriate materials and cutting tools; properly stage and secure materials for machining
Monitor material supply levels
Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs
Complete required documentation and production paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Comply with 5S and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of related experience or education, including at least 1 year operating similar automated/CNC equipment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
