Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. BAE Systems is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Quality Engineering Lead to support microelectronics module manufacturing at our site in Nashua, NH.
In this role, you will:
- Provide quality control support to the microelectronics module manufacturing value stream, with a focus on the inspection operations.
- Lead a focus team of manufacturing quality engineers.
- Utilize quality control data to lead innovative improvements toward cost of poor quality (CoPQ) and process efficiency, without compromising product integrity.
- Reinforce compliance to AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) by supporting audits and continuous improvement efforts.
- Be proficient in AS9145, the Aerospace series requirements for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), by developing and improving PFMEAs, Control Plans and MSAs.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.
