Manufacturing Technician 📍 South San Francisco, CA 🛠️ Full-Time 2–3 Years Experience
Our client is expanding their manufacturing operations and is looking for Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly and a passion for building high-performance technology.
As a key member of the production team, you’ll be responsible for assembling and testing components—including motors, frames, and sensors—while helping scale operations from small-batch builds to volume production.
🔧What You’ll Do:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components with precision and care.
- Use hand and power tools (e.g., torque drivers, drills, calipers) to complete builds.
- Perform basic soldering and component testing.
- Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve processes.
✅What You Bring:- 2–3 years of mechanical/electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic soldering.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and non-technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Basic computer skills (MacOS or Windows).
Bonus: Experience with composites (carbon fiber, epoxies) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
