Tool Room Machinist / Manual Machinist - Day Shift Opportunity
Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and other machine tools in the tool room.
- Fabricate, repair, and maintain tooling and other precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Keep the workspace organized and tools properly maintained.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with manual machining, including lathes and mills.
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Ability to fabricate and repair tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision parts.
- Knowledge of different toolroom materials and machining techniques.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Additional certifications in machining or tooling.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or technical training in machining or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on manual machining experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the scheduled hours reliably and maintain a consistent work ethic.
