Your Schedule & PayShift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM (45 hours/week)
Overtime: Available on Saturdays (minimum 6 hours)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

As a Fabrication Associate, you’ll help build fire suppression systems from the ground up—assembling and preparing critical components that protect buildings, businesses, and communities.

What You’ll DoYou’ll be an essential part of a high-performing fabrication shop, working alongside a team to transform raw materials into finished systems. Your day-to-day may include:
Measuring, cutting, and preparing pipe using band saws and/or torch cutting techniques
Operating fabrication equipment such as grooving machines, threading machines, and saws
Accurately reading tape measures and performing basic calculations
Assembling pipe orders (individual pieces or bundled systems) for shipment
Supporting fabrication processes including die checking, bundling, and material handling
Maintaining organized work areas and properly storing materials
Following all safety, OSHA, and standard operating procedures
Moving materials throughout the shop using proper equipment (including forklifts)
Collaborating with your team and cross-training across different shop functions
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
At least 6 months of recent industrial or manufacturing experience
Experience operating machines (e.g., saws, fabrication equipment)
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Comfort working with pipe and sheet metal in an active shop environment
High school diploma or GED (required on resume)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fabrication, pipe work, or assembly
Familiarity with grooving machines or welding equipment (training provided; this is a non-welding role)
Forklift experience (assessment required)
Recent graduate or student in welding/fabrication programs encouraged to apply

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
