We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role involves working with 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components in a temperature-controlled environment.

• Study blueprints, sketches, and customer specifications to properly set up and operate both conventional and CNC machines.
• Select, align, secure, and compensate cutting tools and materials on machines, and make minor edits as necessary.
• Create minor programs when needed to ensure accurate machining.
• Start and observe machines to detect any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Complete daily production and conformance paperwork.
• Meet production and quality standards consistently.
• Communicate effectively with team members, share knowledge, and train teammates as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and clean the work area according to housekeeping standards.
• Perform related tasks as directed by the supervisor.

• Experience with 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machine operations.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of operating inspection tools to ensure quality and conformance.
• Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Troubleshooting skills in milling and machine operations.
• Experience with grinding and machine operation.
• Familiarity with CNC mill programming.

Work in a temperature-controlled shop on the first shift, which can range from 4 AM to 4 PM or 7 AM to 3:30 PM. This environment supports collaboration and continuous improvement in machine operations.

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $40.00/hr.
