Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 4/10 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday Thursday, with optional overtime.

Summary:
Assemble cable harnesses per detailed planning documents (DWG, PL) and procedures.
Perform wire stripping, crimping, soldering, potting, and related tasks.
Operate specialized tools (e.g., crimpers, soldering irons, potting equipment).
Follow quality control standards to ensure high-quality products.
Partner with quality personnel to resolve issues or defects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
4+ years of cable harness assembly experience (or related field).
Strong knowledge of cable harness assembly processes and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret planning documents and manufacturing instructions.
Skilled in using specialized tools (crimpers, soldering irons, etc.).
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
