Job Description
Join our team as an assembler, where you will play a vital role in assembling components for large-scale projects within our manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of processes including deburring, hot forming, water jets, and small CNC operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components for large assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform deburring, hot forming, and water jet operations.
- Operate small CNC machines for precision assembly tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for mechanical assembly.
- Follow assembly processes and set up machines as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process.
- Work with aircraft and aviation structures, maintaining high standards of mechanical assembly.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in assembly and production techniques.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to set up machines and follow assembly processes.
- Strong mechanical and blueprint reading skills.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, particularly in aircraft or aviation settings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with deburring, hot forming, water jets, and small CNC operations.
- Knowledge of aircraft, aviation, airframe, and structural components.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing facility from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The environment is supportive with steady workloads and helpful teammates. Dress comfortably for a hands-on role involving mechanical and assembly tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
