Tasks
- Acts as a disciplinary und functional Lufthansa Technik Procurement & Supply Management Team Leader
- Provides guidance, feedback and mentorship to team-members on routine and non-routine tasks and develops their skills in analysis, problem resolution, coordination and workload management
- Enhances a positive and constructive team environment by being a good example for the team
- Is a member of the global contracted MRO operations network within the Center of Excellence Operative Procurement
- Is a member of the International Leadership team
- Executes and enhances a quality process to monitor the performance of the functions integrated into the team by establishing key performance indicators or common error report
- Supports the continuous development and improvement of performed activities

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering or equivalent
- First Leadership experience including relevant social competences
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, engineering or similar
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent command of English. German language skills are considered as an advantage
- Expert Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
