Tasks
The Strategy Managers main tasks are:
- Analyze spanet trends, customer insights, competitors, and aviation news to guide strategic decisions
- Monitor developments in aviation, MRO, and manufacturing sectors
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth
- Present spanet insights and strategies to C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business initiatives
- Provide spanet intelligence to support ACS product development and customer-focused improvements
- Work with sales teams to enhance NPS through actionable customer feedback
- Lead strategic projects within scope, time, and budget
- Identify risks and align projects with company strategy
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and influence
Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- At least 3 years in spanet intelligence, project management, business development, or customer/account management within aviation or MRO/manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of aviation spanet trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Proficient in English; fluency in a second language (preferably German) is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver strategic presentations to C-level executives
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Self-motivated, organized, and skilled in time-management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority
- Strategic thinker with cultural awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Based in Hayes with hybrid working and required travel; unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
