Responsibilities:
Implement and manage endpoint management solutions, including Tanium, Intune, and SCCM.
Design, configure, and maintain endpoint security policies and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business requirements.
Conduct regular assessments of endpoint health, security, and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues, providing timely technical support to end-users.
Implement and manage software distribution, patch management, and updates for PCs and Macs.
Develop and maintain documentation related to endpoint management configurations and processes.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Endpoint Management Engineer or similar role
Strong expertise in utilizing Tanium, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM for endpoint management
Experience managing both PC and Mac environments
Solid understanding of endpoint security principles and best practices
Proficient in scripting languages for automation tasks (e.g., PowerShell)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Tanium Certified, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud-based endpoint management solutions
Experience with other endpoint security tools and technologies.
