The Opportunity:
Harding Medical is searching for a Senior’s Wheelchair Program Coordinator to join our Halifax team in Nova Scotia. If you are a dedicated and organized individual who enjoys working with others, you are our ideal candidate!

What You Will Do:
- Maintain accurate records of program inventory and funding. Labeling and organizing items, and updating both the inventory binder and the program website.
- Track funding, deliveries, returns, and service activities using detailed Excel spreadsheets.
- Compile and submit financial reports using Excel, and prepare monthly reports detailing deliveries, returns, and service activities.
- Process invoices for deliveries, returns, services, and funding orders. Ensure all necessary paperwork for deliveries and returns is completed accurately.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with Occupational Therapists (OTs) by promptly responding to emails, phone calls, and voicemails, informing them at key stages (request receipt, wheelchair build, delivery scheduling, and post-delivery), and assisting with any requests outside the standard program scope.
- Check inventory for any changes to equipment requests, such as cushions, backs, belts, and other accessories.
- Accurately enter service calls and follow-up orders into the system.
- Attend quarterly Teams calls with NSHA & SLTC to discuss the waitlist and program updates.
- Update the monthly spreadsheet before each call and gather relevant information to present.
- Coordinate and document annual inspections for delivered equipment, updating the monthly spreadsheet accordingly.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Grade 12 Academic
- Previous customer service and/or administrative experience would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with seating systems, rehabilitation products, and the wheelchair/mobility product market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work independently.
