What are your contributions to the team?
  • Lead and manage internal/external cross-functional project teams and stakeholders (legal, operations, finance, HR, procurement, etc.) to execute expansion projects until completion
  • Lead international projects such as organic expansions, and strategic partnerships to optimize Bombardier’s maintenance footprint capacity and capabilities, from strategic assessment to completion
  • Support process to obtain competitive and quality offers from partners, suppliers, contractors, etc.
  • Lead or support commercial, technical, and contractual negotiations with external stakeholders such as contractors, partners, suppliers, airport management, etc.
  • Manage project budget and timeline adherence
  • Work with 3rd party customer representatives to ensure work scope, construction timeline and budget adherence
  • Manage decision making process to obtain senior executive alignment and approvals
  • Provide regular governance to senior executives to drive decision making and to escalate major challenges and risks
  • Lead and/or support strategic assessment of spanet needs, competitiveness, opportunities that are a strategic fit with company’s long-term goals
  • Lead business case development as well as internal process to obtain corporate approvals
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Finance, Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Project Management, or MBA preferred
  • You have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, finance, strategy and/or management consulting, or a related discipline
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in business aircraft industry
  • You have strong project management and negotiation skills
  • You have experience in developing business cases
  • You have the ability to align and drive stakeholders towards required decision points
  • You have strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modelling
  • You have experience in managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a large company (legal, HR, finance, procurement, operations, etc.)
  • You have experience in preparing presentations and presenting to senior executives
  • You are available to travel 25-50 of the time (as required)
