Description

Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class AdTech, Customer Data & Identity Technology team.

We’re looking for a dynamic Technology Program Manager to lead delivery across our UA & Kinective business, driving execution of transformative initiatives in Customer Data (Customer 360/CDP), Identity Management (unique ID), and Kinective Media technologies.

In this role, you will own programs from ideation to release—aligning with strategic objectives, defining requirements, planning resources, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. You’ll drive PI Planning across multiple agile teams, empower local and offshore scrum masters, track dependencies and risks, manage budgets, and standardize frameworks and tools across the enterprise.

As a seasoned leader, you’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, bridging product, technology, and business teams. You’ll manage communications with stakeholders at every level—clients, sponsors, partners, and executives—while ensuring strict adherence to methodologies and standards.

This role is ideal for a business-savvy, cloud-native program leader with deep agile delivery expertise, cross-functional leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven products. Airline and media network experience is a strong plus.

Drive Program Planning & Delivery – Lead PI planning sessions, align delivery schedules across multiple agile teams, and ensure execution against strategic business and product roadmap

Lead & Mentor Teams – Manage and coach a distributed team of Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement

Manage Risks & Dependencies – Identify, track, and resolve program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, enabling smooth delivery

Oversee Budgets & Vendors – Manage program budgets, procurement processes, contractor onboarding, and vendor/partner relationships with transparency and fiscal accountability

Elevate Agile Practices – Establish and refine standardized frameworks, best practices, and reporting tools to scale agile delivery across team

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and transparent communication. Work closely with business and product teams to manage their priorities and tasks

Align Technology & Strategy – Maintain a strong understanding of Customer 360, identity management, and Kinective media network technologies to anticipate challenges and translate strategy into actionable plans.
