What you will need to be successful in this role:
Required
- Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year College or university in a qualified engineering discipline; or fifteen (15) years related experience
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years of experience in aerospace logistics with exposure to both military and commercial operating environments
- Extensive knowledge of Performance Based Logistics theory and practical application
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
Desired
- Prior experience with United States Air Force F-16 maintenance operations
- Experience with USAF program offices
- Intimate knowledge of the technical requirements of F-16 modification and upgrade programs

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes and other awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs, including up and down stairs.
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
- Must be able to see and hear, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- It’s preferred for the position to be located in Wood Dale, but it may be eligible for remote work at leadership’s discretion.
- This position will require significant travel to help stand up new sites.
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $205,000 to $250,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
