ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
As the Senior Manager, Airport Transformation Solutions within the Airports Business Unit (BU), you will lead the global go-to-spanet, roll-out, and scaling of one of SITA’s most strategically critical solutions. Leveraging your consulting background and transformation expertise, you will shape spanet entry strategies, orchestrate customer adoption, and accelerate commercial performance across priority airport segments.
This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—positioned to influence both internal direction and customer impact.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leaders to turn strategic vision into measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and lead the global go-to-spanet strategy of our next-generation airport operations platform, from validating the preliminary hypothesis to defining a clear value proposition to full-scale deployment.
- Define and own the commercial model for the platform, including pricing, and monetization strategies aligned with customer value and ROI.
- Drive strategic customer engagement, working closely with airport executives to shape transformation roadmaps and modernization programs.
- Design and implement a scalable roll-out and adoption model, including partner enablement, and regional execution plans.
- Refine and communicate a compelling value proposition, adapting positioning and messaging to evolving spanet needs and stakeholder priorities.
- Act as the internal orchestrator, aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams around a unified transformation agenda.
- Represent SITA as a thought leader in airport transformation, contributing to customer and internal workshops, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, and/or go-to-spanet leadership roles within enterprise or B2B technology environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-spanet strategies and scaling new solutions across complex customer landscapes.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, and co-develop transformation roadmaps, value propositions, and robust business cases.
- Track record of working in cross-functional teams, especially across Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and executive storytelling skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for launching and scaling impactful solutions
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience working with or for an airport, airline, or aviation technology provider.
- Familiarity with airport operations, IT systems, and digital trends impacting the aviation industry.
- MBA or equivalent experience in strategy or business development roles.
