The Western Region Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day maintenance tasks on the aircraft (as assigned by the DOM, Maintenance Control, and Maintenance Planning), support equipment, special tools, and has authority to assign work functions to Maintenance Technicians as needed.

Fine Print
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or business or equivalent industry experience (essential requirement)
- 10 years’ A&P experience on similar aircraft (essential requirement)
- 5 years’ Management or supervisory experience (essential requirement)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written and must be fluent in English (essential requirement)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications (essential requirement)
- Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs (essential requirement)
- Violation free A&P License required (essential requirement)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (essential requirement)
- Able to travel up to 50 (essential requirement)
- Able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a SIDA badge (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $115,000 - $125,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
