expand their business in the United States. We are seeking 2 POSITIONS, as a 3rd party broker
rather than an operator. This autonomous role allows working remotely with occasional travel to
industry conferences and other business-related travel. Each role comes with a generous starting
salary and strong commissions on your sales. Our client is seeking a Group Commercial Charter
Broker AND Cargo Broker.
About the Role
Our client is seeking individuals that have a book of business. Both positions will require a “Hunter
mentality” to grow a strong company by establishing their footprint in the USA. These experienced
Sr. Brokers will be responsible for year-over-year growth of new business and existing business
along with managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. This experience will be
important to the growth of the organization in the US. This role will play a key role in the end-to-end
coordination of on demand charter flights AND Cargo — from quote to execution — ensuring a
flawless client experience. If you are bilingual in another language, that would be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively develop & manage a high-value client portfolio (UHNWI, corporate accounts,
family offices, etc.)
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and industry
intelligence. Client focused and ability to handle pressure situations.
• Negotiate, close, and manage contracts tailored to client needs with the highest service
standards. May have to be on call at times.
• Oversee the complete charter process: from Sales, flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and
coordination to post-flight follow-up.
• Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational
excellence. Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant.
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking are keys to success.
• Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation.
