The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
SES is looking for an energetic Security Associate Manager to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) F-16 and F-22 Programs. Specific job duties include but are not limited to:
• Lead a team of personnel in the execution of all security
requirements across multiple contracts in support of the
F-16 and F-22 program
• Mentor, guide, and provide regular, consistent feedback
to the team with regards to work performance, personal
growth, and career development
• Track, analyze, and summarize security metrics for all
levels of security leadership
• Establish and maintain effective relationships within the
corporation and externally with government customers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security
Classification Specification
• Experience with DoD Manuals 5205.07, Volumes 1-4
• Experience in writing procedural documentation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Possess a Top Secret Security Clearance, current within the last 5 years
• Experience leading small teams
• Experience with 32 CFR, Part 117, National
Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM)
• Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of
effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
• Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
