Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure properties are safe, legally compliant, and customer-focused.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Implement risk management processes and perform Health & Safety risk assessments.
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and sustainability initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial properties.
- Strong understanding of service charge budgets.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- Membership in a professional body such as IWFM or equivalent is preferred.
