STS Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Repair Management Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will support the Repair Management team by analyzing data, leading process improvements, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This position demands a proactive problem-solver with advanced technical skills who will drive operational efficiency and streamline repair management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear paperwork and resolve discrepancies in the repair management process.
- Update systems with data related to repair management and support key processes.
- Assist the Material Administration team in preparing materials for vendor business reviews.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain parts-related information and update operational systems accordingly.
- Develop, improve, and maintain KPIs and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams on repair management data and updates.
- Expedite parts return from vendors to stock and customers.
- Participate in Kaizen and special projects, continuously improving process flow and work efficiency.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Education: High School Diploma (College education preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain and procurement.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau is preferred.
- SQL skills are desirable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
