Position Summary:
Serves as the management Representative for ISO9001, ISO/TS16949; Ensures the process for Quality Management Systems are established, implemented, and maintained; Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards for products and processes; Responsible for guiding technical evaluation, analysis, and related data acquisition processes to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibility:
- Ensures Quality Policy & Quality Objectives and Management Review Processes are in place;
- Oversees CDA Shanghai site quality control, continuous improvement initiatives, ensure full comply with industry regulations.
- Develops and establishes quality systems and procedures , implements the necessary performance measurements to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of poor quality;
- Ensures that project and/or process control documentation is in full compliance with requirements and/or contract;
- Proposes enhancements and improvements to products and processes by applying continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to critical areas of production;
- Manages the customer complaint and other corrective/preventive action programs; Deliver customer requirements within the organization to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Acts as CDA Shanghai site representative, cooperate with third party auditors and customer auditors;
- Reports to Top Management for the status of quality systems indicators such as cost of quality, warranty expense, scrap/standard hour cost, TQM survey results, etc.;
- Oversees Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process;
- Conduct quality-related customer and vendor visits and contacts as required;
- Lead and develop the team of quality assurance professionals, drive quality excellence, and work closely with other departments to integrate quality management systems across the organization;
- Ensure location leaders are well trained, demonstrate appropriate skills needed to deliver satisfactory quality performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- University Degree (or international equivalent) with material science or mechanical engineering background;
- Minimum 8 years relevant job experience with minimum 3 years in a management role, and prefer in Automotive industry;
- Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.
- Strong problem solving skills, such as 8D, 5WHY, etc.
- Strong Leadership, positive, result driven and good communication skill;
- Familiar with ISO 9000 or TS 16949 standards
- Good communication and general skills using Microsoft Office..
- Self-initiative, passionate, and showing strong leadership in teamwork;
- Great written and spoken English.
