How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This Project Manager, Salesforce Business Analytics will work to help analyze, define, and document requirements to for Salesforce technology solutions. Needs to be a self-motivated individual who enjoy problem-solving, thinking creatively, and are interested in growing their business analysis and technical skill set in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:Lead sessions to collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet the end users’ needs.Develop and document user stories with acceptance criteria, as-is/to-be process flows as part of the requirements and design processes.Create features using agile methodology for Jetstream team Implement configuration tasks per agreed upon design specifications.Facilitate key meetings with clients and end users such as requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing or end user training.Assist with the identification and analysis of bug fixes/ issues.Participate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.Create user guides and system configuration documentation.Execute stakeholder communication including various written communications to include one-on-one client conversations.Works with the development team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.Assist the Jetstream Program Lead in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce Administrator or App Builder experience requiredA minimum of 4 years in business process and/or requirements gatheringStrong understanding of SFDC best practices and functionalityDemonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job doneAbility to work independently.Proven ability to think critically and effectively communicate in a team environment.Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office.Experience working with Enterprise OrgsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results,Available and responsive to question, clarifications, and instructionsAbility to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levelsA self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.Outstanding written communication skillsAbility to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Salesforce Administrator Certification. Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
