Purpose of Position
The Project Manager in the Sales Organization will be responsible for leading and managing critical projects that drive business growth, streamline processes, and support the overall sales strategy.This role will work cross-functionally with various teams across NetJets, Inc. to ensure project success from initiation to completion.
Tasks and Responsibilities
•Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with the goals of the business.
•Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, Marketing, IT, HR, Owner Services, and more, to define project scope and ensure alignment with business priorities.
•Sales Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes and systems, leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive better outcomes for the sales team.This includes adoption of best practices in Salesforce and across third party tools.
•Onboarding New Hires: Collaborate with HR and Sales Leadership to manage the onboarding of new sales team members.This includes developing and coordinating training programs, familiarizing with sales tools and processes, and ensuring they are aligned with the team's objectives and culture.
•Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all aspects are effectively coordinated to meet project goals.
•Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
•Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, including key metrics and milestones.Communicate to stakeholders regularly.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
•Bachelor's Degree
•4+ years of relevant experience within sales, marketing, or business development
•Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
•Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with talent for working collaboratively across departments
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency in project management software
•Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results
•A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
•Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
