Join our team as a Project Manager Liaison and play a pivotal role in supporting the supply chain risk management efforts for the high-impact SM-3 program. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively manage project tasks while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

In this role, you will assess and execute new and evolving program requirements within our supply base, leveraging your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive actions to completion. A self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills, youll work independently with minimal oversight, collaborating across functional teams and engaging with external partners to ensure success.

What You Will Do

• Oversee procurement and inventory management of parts for production, including maintaining the master part tracker and ensuring sufficient demand is added to purchase orders for testing efforts.

• Support the supplier management process (purchase orders, supply chain performance, material sales forecast, estimate to complete, etc.)

• Collaborate with suppliers, buyers, supplier quality, and material teams to address project requirements, Q-notes, and PRISM efforts, and to ensure production demand remains uninterrupted.

• Conduct regular reviews and updates, including weekly forecasting/status updates, internal reviews, and scheduling/reporting to review boards.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Project management or any other related training and experience.

• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Knowledge of supply chain functions and responsibilities including basic material requirements planning (MRP) and supply chain planning tools.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate material and identify constraints, risks, and opportunities with the ability to effectively communicate them.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational skills in project management and task prioritization.

• Self-starter that is flexible and able to work independently at a higher level.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
