We are seeking an experienced Program Planning L5 Manager to join our team in support of the P267 program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the program planning efforts, ensuring the development and execution of comprehensive plans to meet program objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of program management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead the program planning team in the development of detailed plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), and Resource Breakdown Structures (RBS)
Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure plans align with program objectives and customer requirements
Conduct risk management and mitigation planning to ensure program success
Develop and maintain program management artifacts, including program schedules, budgets, and status reports
Provide program planning support to program managers, including development of program management plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin policies, procedures, and standards
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Lead and participate in program reviews, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience with integrated planning, program management, or a related field, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and execution.

Proven experience managing and integrating multiple plans, schedules, and resources to achieve program goals and objectives.

Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling principles, practices, and tools, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Must have an active TOP SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and program management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to planning and scheduling challenges.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martins planning and scheduling processes and tools, including, MS Project, OpenPlan and other planning and scheduling software.
Change leadership experience.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment.
Open Plan Knowledge including cross-linking of multiple program files together.
Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
