Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Program Manager, Business Operations, to drive program management in our Global Supply Chain & Operations organization, supporting executives in the Prime Air division. This role will drive leaders and cross-functional teams across a large manufacturing, supply chain, and operations organization to deliver on our program milestones, develop and drive our business cadence, own people strategy and employee engagement, and work across the Prime Air leadership team. This role requires excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment across all levels of the organization.**This role is based in Seattle, WA; 5 days per week in office**
Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic spanets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,800/year in our lowest geographic spanet up to $163,100/year in our highest geographic spanet. Pay is based on a number of factors including spanet location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
