Position: Program Manager - Wilsonville, OR

Job Description & Requirements:
This positions primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage assigned programs from inception to successful conclusion in accordance with quality program. this position will maintain close contact with the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. New business and great recommendations from satisfied customers will be a key metric of success. This position will insure program stakeholders are systematically aware of the program status, will identify issues and will take action to resolve problems. This position requires someone that is self motivated, is a team player, has very good people skills, has good business sense and that routinely exercises good judgment.
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a high quality focus, a history of continuous learning, and a demonstrated ability to lead and to follow in a small team environment.
Technical and Academic:
• Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
• Eight years of experience managing schedules for complex programs preferred
• Working knowledge of computer networking (internet protocols-IP), radio, data and video transmission protocols, and data encoders
• FAA A&P License or US Military equivalent experience preferred
• ISR systems integration experience highly preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Project & Microsoft Office Suite
• US Passport and ability to travel internationally
