Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Manager , (Manager, Program Management) to manage program activity within the RVS Space Products Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
What You Will Do:
Lead cross functional teams including finance, planning, supply chain, mission assurance, engineering, & operations functions.
Deliver visible and infrared focal plane array products to customers
Manage programs to meet or exceed cost, schedule, & technical targets for our customers
Implement business to meet or exceed company performance goals
Travel, up to 20, to participate in domestic business engagements with customers, partners, and teammates
Communicate program status to stakeholders and senior leadership
Lead Proposal teams and support capture strategies in pursuit of new business
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree, in a related discipline, with a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (such as Project Management, Supply Chain Ownership, Program Management, Operations, Cost Account Manager, and/or Integrated Product Team Lead, etc)
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Expert level Microsoft Office skills to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Program / Project management experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry
Earned Value Management experience as a Control Account Manager or Program Manager
Experience working with Risk and Opportunity management practices
Experience with Electro Optical / Infrared (EO/IR) sensor technologies
Interest and curiosity in learning about EO/IR sensor technologies
Business savvy to proactively identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, including cost/benefit analysis
Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, collaboration, customer focus while driving results
Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway while building strong customer relationship
Effective communication/presentation critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
