Raytheon - Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking highly motivated talent to join the Javelin Joint Venture program team as the Senior Program Integrator - Program Management.
This onsite position can be located in Huntsville, AL or Tucson, AZ
The successful candidate will work through and lead various stages of program execution including proposal development, contract startup, program execution and contract closeout. In addition to the internal responsibilities, they will also interface with the U.S. government customer for various topics to include technical interchange meetings, management review, contract status and business growth.
The position requires program execution, cross-functional leadership, and most importantly a person that has the drive to lead the services contracts in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Meet contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s)
Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives while developing program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, configuration/data management, and administrative functions
Display strong communication, influence management, and present quality presentations to both internal and external customers
Lead the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligation
Lead and support proposal and capture efforts to include Basis of Estimates (BOEs), startup activities, Responsibilities & Capabilities (R&C) and gating processes
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years relevant experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams within the defense industry and presenting to all levels of customers/partners
Experience leading cost proposals to customer deliverables (includes preparation through presentation)
Experience with project/program management tools to include Microsoft suite resources
The ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret level security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Experience supporting United States (US) and International customers
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals (including TINA compliance) and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
Demonstrated ability to lead efforts on a geographically dispersed program and/or working within a joint venture
Program Management certification or equivalent

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
