We’re looking for a Product Design Manager who can lead a multidisciplinary UX/UI team, build scalable systems, and deliver user experiences that make a real difference. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a strong focus on user-centered, data-informed design.

Youll lead a talented UX/UI team, working across various products, helping them grow while raising the bar for how our products look, feel, and work.

Set the UX/UI Vision and Strategy

• Lead the design vision across products, ensuring an integrated, user-centered, and visually cohesive experience.
• Balance UX and UI excellence to create experiences that are both intuitive and visually compelling.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and consistency across all platforms.

Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, customer experience managers, and other teams to integrate design from discovery to delivery.
• Establish clear collaboration models and decision-making processes across teams.
• Champion the value of UX/UI design across the organization by building understanding, recognition, and trust in the design process.

Drive Research and Data-Driven Design

• Embed continuous user research, usability testing, and data analysis into the design process.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform, validate, and refine design decisions.
• Foster a culture where real user needs and data are at the core of our design.

Maintain and Elevate Design Quality

• Create quality standards for UX, UI, content, and research deliverables.
• Implement structured review, critique, and feedback processes to ensure ongoing excellence.
• Support systematization of UX/UI patterns to drive consistency and scalability.

Lead, Grow, and Support the Team

• Manage the team’s day-to-day activities, including hiring, planning, and setting priorities aligned with product and business goals.
• Coach and mentor the team to help them thrive and grow in their roles.
• Cultivate a collaborative, open, and impact-driven team culture.

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong background in building and scaling UX and UI systems across multiple products.
• Skilled at applying research and data insights to guide strategic and tactical design decisions.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working in agile, collaborative product environments.
• Bonus if you have experience in industries like logistics, aviation, or enterprise systems.
• Most importantly, you are someone who:
