Product Delivery Manager (all genders)

Job Description:

Join us as a Product Delivery Manager for Lido Flight 4D, where you’ll strengthen long‑term customer partnerships through expert guidance, proactive support and reliable delivery. Drive technical excellence, fulfill key commitments, and create real value for our aviation customers.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

Ensure smooth service delivery and manage customer inquiries, complaints and escalations
Lead technical communication (presentations, meetings, online sessions)
Analyze and document user needs, support change requests, develop tailored solutions - estimate efforts and handle price negotiations as needed
Coordinate implementations, documentation, releases, occasionally perform deployments and oversee customer installations and quality assurance
Collaborate with product, software development, operations and account teams; provide technical support during sales activities
Maintain documentation, monitor service level and contribute to cross-functional teams and new service implementations

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in airlines or airline IT solutions
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Good understanding of airline operations or aviation-related domains
Strong service mindset and excellent customer communication skills

Experience with complex IT operations is a plus
Advanced analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Team player mindset with ability to work independently
Fluent English (B2/C1)
Willingness to travel and work on-site internationally
