Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
Participates in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
Supports the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term spanet trends and demand.
Identifies appropriate demand streams and supports in establishing data relationship linkages.
May work with product development leaders and sales and spaneting teams to develop demand forecasts.
Supports in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
May work with manufacturing team and participates in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
Participates in identifying and developing new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability and sustainability.
May be responsible for tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
Supports in the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.
Participates in establishing clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
Excellent understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP)
Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
With at least a year in his/her current position.
