Not RequiredThe Operations Recovery Leader will be responsible for driving recovery initiatives across critical manufacturing, supply chain, or operational processes to ensure business continuity and operational excellence. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and cross-functional collaboration to address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operations management, lean principles, and a track record of successfully managing recovery projects in high-paced environments. As the recovery leader, you will be responsible for driving to meet Melbourne output. The Operations Recovery Leader will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to protect and connect the world. The ideal candidate excels in teamwork, leadership and collaboration.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
