In this Challenging Role
The supervisor will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, assigning work to support required goals and objectives across multiple Assembly Work Areas. Candidate must have exceptional people-skills and drive program performance on all aspects of quality, cost, and schedule. The role will lead a team of approximately 25 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations. The role is responsible for driving improvement, corrective actions, identifying risk mitigation actions, and solving complex problems across multiple programs such as F-35, F-16, F-22, C-130, etc.
Candidate must embrace Full Spectrum Leadership qualities to develop leads and empower teams to drive ownership throughout the organization.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with tools and processes involving drilling, grinding, fastening and sanding as well as other machines and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost).
• Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management.
• Previous leadership experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI).
• Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Solumina, MTO, and/or SAP systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.
• Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
