Description:Overview
You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for our team in Grand Prairie, TX, responsible for supervising a team of approximately 20-30 union-represented workers on second shift. Our team is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing operations, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, paint, weld, and tool fabrication, to support multiple programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Quality, Schedule, and Cost goals for multiple programs, while supervising multiple manufacturing disciplines in an integrated workforce environment. You will support the development and implementation of process improvements, and be responsible for achieving target zero metrics. You will also be responsible for energizing team members and holding each accountable for their performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising a team of approximately 20-30 union-represented workers on second shift
* Managing Quality, Schedule, and Cost goals for multiple programs
* Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements
* Achieving target zero metrics
* Energizing team members and holding each accountable for their performance
* Coordinating daily activities with Production Control, Production Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, and other manufacturing support functions

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
