Rocket Test is looking for an Integration and Test Operations Manager that wants to work at one of the most exciting jobs at Aerojet Rocketdyne. The correct individual will join a team that has a Safety First mindset. This is a fast paced job involving testing of all of the Rocket Motors and energetics that are built at our Camden Facility and some from our other facilities around the country. From small motors that can fit in the palm of your hand to Large Solid Propellant Rocket motors that are greater than 20 feet long, Rocket Test is a challenging and exciting place to work.
Essential Functions:
- 80 - Manage Engineering Documentation activities for the Camden site which includes: Implementation of Delmia Electronic Manufacturing Procedures, implementation of Visual Planning for Manufacturing Procedures, and support of the MBOM and Routings for all Programs. Manage the Controlled distribution of the manufacturing procedures for the production activities.
- 10 - Provide assistance to direct reports in meeting established schedules and to resolve complex technical or operational problems, and supervise engineering or analysis activities, developing new concepts, methods or technologies.
- 10 - Provide direction to direct report engineering staff based on general policies and management guidance, recommend modifications to operating policies and interpret and must be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
- Provide direction to Test Team for day to day operations.
- Provide leadership and insure the smooth running of the department.
- Interface with internal and external customers.
- Assist Senior Manager in developing long term goals for department and then planning to complete those goals.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in Leadership, Electronics, MIL-STD-810, and working with Energetics.
- Ability to work weekend and off shifts when needed.

- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
- Safety mindset and experience with STOP philosophy is preferred.
- Experience with DoD contractor safety manual DoD 4145.26 is preferred.
- Previous experience with Energetic handling and manufacturing a plus
- Electronics and Electrical circuit background preferred.
- Previous Leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Experience with Military Standard Testing (Mil STD 810).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Experience with technical writing for report and testing procedures.
- Formal technical education/training.
- Budget exp is a desired.
- Able to adapt to change in requirements.
- MS Project exp is a plus.
