Summary of Essential Duties:
- Responsible for the conformity process of all aircraft being added to Ops Specs. Duties and responsibilities will be executed in such a manner as to assure the airworthiness and reliability of all Company operated aircraft in conformance with Company policy, Company manuals, and current FARs.
- Coordinate aircraft conformity schedules and aircraft on certificate process.
- Accomplish reviews to ensure accuracy of Maintenance Due report in Maintenance Tracking System.
- Validate all applicable Airworthiness Directives, Life Limited Parts and Hard Time Limits to ensure proper tracking in Maintenance Tracking System.
- Responsible to evaluate Airworthiness Directives (AD) for impact and effectivity.
- Perform Appearance and Mechanical evaluations of Aircraft
- Ensure all manuals and forms on-board the aircraft during conformity are current revision.
- Preparation, revision, and distribution of Company manuals such as, MEL, CAIP manuals, Maintenance Manuals, GMM, RSM/QCM, etc.
- Review fleet service bulletins and airworthiness directives for applicability.
- Collect data for compliance, i.e. operational/maintenance benefits, down time, cost, etc.; then distribute to appropriate departments for approval/implementation process.
- Coordinate Conformity meeting with FAA for each aircraft during on certificate process.
- Identify individual needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Oversee airline reliability program and tracking.
- Promotes safety and health awareness through internal Company memorandum and specific training programs.
- Scan and inventory Aircraft Records.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by leadership.
