ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

The team is responsible for partnering with the Financial, Legal and Corporate departments within SITA to deliver technology solutions, driving business value with a focus on increasing digitalization. The Manager Application Management will be required to manage the implementation and support of multiple cross-functional applications using appropriate resources, processes, methodologies and technologies in compliance with SITAs policies and procedures. In addition, the role will require strong leadership capabilities including cross-functional teams and collaborate with finance, IT, and payment service providers. Finally focused stakeholder management skills to drive ERP adoption, project management best practices, payment automation, and financial transformation initiatives will be critical.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Stakeholder Engagement, ERP Transformation & Project Management

• Drive transformation of standard ERP financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Project Financial Management (PFM), and Project Accounting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead project management efforts related to ERP transformations, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of financial and project accounting solutions.
• Act as a bridge between finance, IT, and business teams, ensuring that ERP-driven transformations align with corporate objectives.
• Provide training and best practice guidance on digital accounting compliance, project accounting, and payment automation using Oracle ERP.
• Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of enhanced financial processes.

Digital Transformation, Compliance & Payment Automation

• Lead financial digitalization initiatives within Oracle Financial ERP, ensuring automation, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support digital financial statement generation, e-invoicing integration, and automated payment processing to enhance reporting efficiency, regulatory adherence, and secure financial transactions.
• Leverage API-based integrations to connect ERP systems with third-party financial institutions and payment gateways.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

Technical & Functional Expertise:

• 8 years of experience in financial process transformation, compliance, project accounting, project management, and payment automation.
• In-depth working knowledge of Oracle Financial ERP, with expertise in configuring and managing Project Financial Management (PFM), Project Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Payment Platforms.
• Strong background in digital accounting transformation, financial automation, ERP-driven reporting enhancements, and payment processing.

Financial & Business Acumen:

• Deep understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, revenue recognition, statutory compliance, and payment reconciliation.
• Expertise in project accounting, including cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ability to align financial processes with business objectives, ensuring seamless payment processing and project accounting efficiency.
