We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our confidential client’s general aviation repair center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general aviation aircraft maintenance, with leadership and management experience.
Job Summary:
Responsible for owning/managing the operations, quality, and scheduling functions for the aircraft maintenance business. The role serves as the main point of contact/ownership for cost, quality, and delivery as related to the maintenance operation. This position provides an opportunity to become a part of a

General and Specific Duties include:
- Responsible for coordinating unscheduled aircraft maintenance and work performed at a location other than the Repair station/maintenance operation fixed locations
- Supervise the performance of maintenance and ensure that work is performed in accordance with Repair Station, Quality Manual, Maintenance Manual, or Site Operating Procedures and FARs.
- Serve as the Quality owner/leader for the maintenance operation including inspection/audits, etc.
- Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program that includes the operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, 5S, general housekeeping, and lean manufacturing. Ensure that regular established safety/security audits are conducted and discrepancies are addressed.
