• University degree (Bachelor’s) in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance programs and Part-CAMO requirements and maintenance scheduling principles
• Excellent communicator and a collaborative team player
• Creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to challenges.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written); Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively; adaptable and stress resistant.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems, particularly AMOS & Netline++, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong technical background in aviation with a minimum of 5 years of experience and proven experience in maintenance planning.
