Extensive knowledge of NC programming, machining processes, and tooling technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
Skilled communicator, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with shop personnel, internal teams, and external customers.
Experience with CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing methods, ensuring technical accuracy in programming outputs.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational objectives.
What you need to be successful
Inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion for innovation and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
Significant relevant work experience in NC programming, machining, or aerospace operations may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
2 years production or manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with math through trigonometry and analytical geometry, engineering materials, processing technology, and manufacturing methods.
