Knowledge Management Coordinator (Mid-Career Level)

Contract Position
Knowledge Management Coordinator job in Sterling Heights, Michigan is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Defense company. Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, you will contribute to innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training programs for engineering teams, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Organize training logistics, including rooms, equipment, security, and communication with attendees.
- Maintain and update training data, including attendee lists, course feedback, and costs.
- Upload knowledge artifacts to Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge Management System.
- Provide monthly status reports on training budgets and courses completed.
- Support proposal management by extracting status reports, coordinating engineering inputs, and tracking approvals.
- Compile and manage capital project data, status budget approvals, and updates.
- Serve as a backup for capital planning and proposal support tasks.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work on-site with occasional overtime.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience coordinating training and providing budget status.
- Knowledge of engineering processes.
