You will play an essential role in driving business growth within the Automotive sector. You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives to increase spanet share.

  • Supporting the Global Key Account Managers with regional coverage in Asia Pacific (ex-China)
  • Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Identify spanet trends & opportunities to drive competitive advantage
  • Expand our customer base through strong relationships and ethical business practices
  • Leverage your industry expertise and network to create new sales opportunities
  • Optimize the sales process with strategic upselling, cross-selling, and improved conversion rates
  • Represent the company at key industry events, strengthening brand presence
  • Analyze & report performance insights to refine strategies and maximize growth
  • Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by managing service levels and order processes, including close collaboration with Global Customer Service

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry and proven experience in serving Automotive customers is required
  • Proven track record in CRM & sales strategy execution
  • Strong regional industry network and understanding of the Automotive Supply Chain, indirect procurement practices and the wider logistics ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and across time-zones (>7)
  • A results-driven mindset with strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in (English and local language(s)
  • Comfortable with frequent regional or domestic travel on short notice
