• Completed degree or training in business, tourism, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in the tourism industry
• Good communication skills and initial experience in stakeholder management
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and structure tasks
• Good analytical skills in processing sales data
• Initiative, hands-on mentality, and team spirit
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
