Tasks
We drive strategic future topics and innovations within Lufthansa Cargo. We monitor spanet and industry developments and implement projects worldwide with specialist departments. We look forward to your support in:
- Researching and analyzing spanet and competitive information as well as deriving and preparing relevant insights
- Co-developing strategic initiatives and coordinating them within Lufthansa interfaces
- Multi-faceted and independent project work in the context of strategic focus topics
- Conducting workshops for idea generation and their testing (including the use of design thinking)
- Organizing events (e.g. Innovation Events)
- Prototyping innovative ideas together with the Digital Cargo Lab

Requirements
Are you motivated and curious to learn about new topics? Thats exactly who we are looking for.
- At least in the 3rd semester of a business-related degree program at the time of the internship (advanced studies preferred)
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- High degree of commitment and independence
- Willingness to engage in dedicated teamwork
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Advantageous: Knowledge and experience in the field of IT and/or innovation management as well as competences in relevant methods
