Tasks
You will be part of a dedicated team and have the opportunity to work on exciting tasks, including
- Insights into the strategic support and
- development of senior executives
- Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of personnel processes such as
- Performance & potential assessments and succession planning
- Collaboration on concepts for career development and succession planning, including the creation of guidelines, presentations or other supporting materials
- Supporting the organization and implementation of workshops, events and internal enablements
- Research, analysis and preparation of HR data
- Optional: collaboration on executive diagnostics topics

Requirements
You are at least in the 4th semester of a Bachelors degree or in an ongoing Masters degree in business, psychology, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on HR or personnel development
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or an internship between Bachelors and Masters degree (gap year)
- You are interested in strategic HR topics and in working with and for managers
- You work in a structured manner, show initiative and are enthusiastic about new topics
- You enjoy working in a team and can adapt well to different people
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
